ALLOY STEEL PIPE FITTINGS

Alloy Steel Pipe Fittings has become a standard in the power generation industry and the petrochemical industry, not only because of its tensile strength, corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, but also because of its cost-effectiveness. Grades P-11, P-22 – P-91 & P-92 are prevalent grades for the power industry, while P-5 & P-9 are the grades utilized in major refinery processing.

CARBON STEEL PIPE FITTINGS

Carbon Steel Pipe Fittings have complex chemical and physical properties which allow for a broad range of service usage. They are utilized for services ranging from structural supports to steam drum headers with temperature ranges up to 800°F.

LOW TEMPERATURE CARBON STEEL PIPE FITTINGS

Low Temperature Pipe Fittings allow for cold temperature service to minus 150°F. Material is always provided in the normalized condition at a minimum and Charpy Impact tested to a specific temperature range to assure compliance with the required service temperature.

HIGH YIELD CARBON STEEL FITTINGS

High Yield Carbon Steel Fittings  are utilized for the gas, water and petroleum industry to transport liquids or as platforms on off-shore rigs.

STAINLESS STEEL PIPE FITTINGS

Stainless steel pipe fittings are used in applications where high temperature strength and superior corrosion resistance are critical. Further, stainless steel is easy to clean and doesn’t tarnish.
Stainless steel is an iron alloy that contains a minimum of 10.5% chromium. Alloying elements such as nickel, molybdenum, titanium, carbon, nitrogen, and copper can boost the strength, formability, and other properties of stainless steel. Different alloys offer different levels of corrosion resistance. 
Stainless steel alloys offer greater cryogenic toughness, a higher work hardening rate, increased strength and hardness, greater ductility, and a more attractive appearance compared to carbon steel.

NICKEL ALLOY PIPE FITTINGS

INCONEL alloys are based on nickel and chromium with significant additions of other elements such as molybdenum and iron. These provide a range of materials with excellent low and high temperature strength capability combined with outstanding corrosion resistance. 
INCOLOY alloys, based on nickel, iron and chromium, are leaner nickel versions of the INCONEL range and so provide more economical solutions to corrosive and high temperature environments. The group also includes a range of high strength, low expansion alloys. 
MONEL alloys are formed with the alloying constituents of nickel and copper, with some alloys containing significant additions of aluminium and others for specific purposes.
Commercially pure nickel alloys for corrosion resistant applications, specifically caustic alkali concentration processes.
